Discussion: Renoval of 0.5 cm thick plaster that had covered the E surface of the wall F.772. The plaster had been covered by the brick + mortar of a later layer phase of F.772 (8402). It adhered to a this wash of mortar + in some cases direectly on the brick/plaster mix. The plaster joined originally the floor plaster of floor #6 that was removed in 2001. At the N end the plaster was much thicker (1 cm) and was quite deeply embedded in places in the brick + mortar.
