The skeleton is very close to the basket lid. The skull crushed on the W side of the basket. An animal burrow goes right middle of the basket and cuts the basket.
Couple of long bones are showing but these are not enough to tell the position.
The skeleton will be conserved for the next year and may be lifted as a block for exibition.
In terms of the burial cut and sequence will be clearer next year.

This baby was very squashed and disturbed by an animal burrow. It was laying right above the pelvis of skeleton 8598.
After this baby was lifted and the basket cleaned it bacame more likely that this burial was contemporary with the individual below.

Other comments: The position of the baby is not clear. It will be dealt with in 2003 season. It was excavated in 2012. Hand and one foot were found together.
