Unit 10410
Category: layer dug in 2004
Area: South
Data Category Information: In Situ: in situ; Location: wall/blocking; Material: brick&mortar; Deposition: homogeneous
Discussion: Mudbrick wall. Initially seen in 2002 during excavation for shelter footings, and given F825, a continuation of a wall further to the south. However, renumbered in 2004 due to more evidence to suggest that this is actually an internal wall built at a later date across floor surface (10411). Only c.0.1m remains due to heavy truncation and originally thought to be western limit of building 42. This, however, is not the case.
Given feature number F1504, but also given unit number to account for finds within mudbrick.
POST EX. This unit was linked to wall F.1504 which has been amalgamated with F.825 (SF 28/09/11)
