Category: skeleton dug in 2004
Area: TP
Interpretive Categories: Post-chalcolithic human skeleton
Data Category Information: none
Discussion: Metatarsals and tarsals were found to the north of the cranion at the highest point of the burial. Originally thought to be a separate individual. But upon further excavation rodent disturbance was discovered at the left numerous leading to this bones. Also, the age suggests they are from the same individual. Child has erupted fırst molars and appears to be around 7 years old. There is a preforation in the left temporal above the zygomatic process. Maybe taphonomic or pathological.
Above the burial pit (infikk 10948, cut 10950) a grave marker was placed. İt consisted of three diagonally placed mudbricks (unit 10945). The other part of the skeleton (burial) was excavated in season 2001 as unit 7315 (feature 955) within the main trench.

Body: Only the upper half of the body remains. Apears to have been extended and oriented west- east. Leaning slightly towards the right.
Head: Head is located towards the west and the face is looking towards the south- east. Cranium is therefore laying on its right side.
Right Arm: Right arm is straight and in line.. the body. Hand is missing as well as the distal radius.
Left Arm: left arm is also straight in line ... the body. The left radius is gone and and the ulna is moved slightly possibly due to rodent disturbance.
Right Leg: missing
Left Leg: missing
