Discussion: It is a cut of a small circular depression within a floor (unit 10988) in north-west corner of an extension. The infill of this pit was recorded as unit 10999. Underneath the floor 10988 within a layer 11579 a small posthole was discovered (units: 11584 infill, 11585 cut, building up a feature 1188). floor as well as with a depression in its surface - recorded as feature 1187 (infill 10999, cut 10997). The depression might have been caused by slipping down of a fragment of a floor over the posthole - feature 1188.
