Description: FAST TRACK

Discussion: This was a lower level of midden under West part (W. of F.1751) of sp. 240 under F. 1753. This was regarded at first as an arbitrary layer but turned out to be a natural lower layer of the midden-- lighter grey toward brown, with less charcoal, fewer bones, more constructional fragments, and more compact than the upper layer. Flotation sample at the request of the paleoethnobotanists.
