Unit 11310

Category: Cut    dug in 2004

Area: South

Interpretive Categories: Pit

Data Category Information: Description: pit

Description: Fast track

Discussion: Cut of ?pit. Very hard to determine exactly what this feature represents due to the etreme truncation caused by the shelter footing. Fill contained a few fragments of animal bone, but as the feature cuts into midden deposits, they can actually tell us very little.
Originally thought feature may represent a grave due to apparent shape and appearance pre-ex. This however was certainly not the case.
