Dimensions: up to 0.02m thick 

 

Discussion: plaster surface covering almost all platform F1320 thinner and dipping down slightly towards bench S. side - thinned out towards SE. Also slumping into earlier cut? Along line on S. side where think 11298 lapped over it. Appears to be an area of subsidance to W of 11217 which has been made up by a series of make-up layers and plaster surfaces.

Recognition: contrast/colour - visible orig in sections of cuts - edge of platform 

Definition: clear 

Execution: trowel 

Condition: dry 

Consistency: friable 

Colour: cream/white - pale grey (pale brown when moist) 

Texture: slightly clayey silt 

Bedding: massive - to eye - but prob layered - flakey where exposed for a long time 

Inclusions:  

Post-depositional Features: animal burrowing 

Basal Boundary: abrupt, distincnt? Smooth, falt or slightly inclined, smooth
