Discussion: It is an infill of a small pit (only a part of which is within the area of excavation) situated within bigger pit (infill 11521, cut 11522) in N part of an extension.
The cut of this infill was registered as unit 11520. There was also another smaller pit situated within the big one. These were units 11521 (infill) and 11522 (cut). 

 

Recognition: colourn, consistency

Condition: hot, dry, windy 

Consistency: friable 

Colour: dark grey 

Texture: silty clay
