Unit 11621
Category: Skeleton dug in 2005
Area: South
Interpretive Categories: babies head in a pit
Data Category Information: none
Discussion: child/infant skull placed into pit cutting into the construction material making up platform F.1320 11495. Some bones were also retrieved from around the skull and from the pit fill 11620 and these should be checked so see it they are human. The pit and skull seem to be deliberately inserted at the construction phase of the building, prior to construction of bench F.1310
