Unit 11918
Category: Layer dug in 2005
Area: North
Interpretive Categories: Bin bottom
Data Category Information: Location: feature; Description: bin
Discussion: Floor, bottom of bin feature 2002. It's made of fine brown clay and it makes a smooth angle with the walls around. It was badly truncated by an animal burrow.
Added 2013:
By 2013 there is no sign of the above mentioned layer. There were traces of brown layer along W and E walls of the bin that might as well be part of the infill of the older phase/building that is clearly visible in the majority of the surface of the bottom of the bin.
By 2015 : what was first believed to be u11918 during the cleaning of sp 93 is actually a feature below. The bin bottom 11918 is gone due to post-exposure erosion (rodent burrows are going through this area), which confirms 2013 observations.
One picture of this new feature was although taken with the wrong number u11918 on the board.
