Area: North
Interpretive Categories: Bin bottom
Data Category Information: Location: feature; Description: bin
Dimensions: 0.68 m EW x 1.16 m NS x 0.35 m deep
Discussion: Floor on the bottom of bin F. 2003. Made out of clay it makes a smooth angle with the walls. Not very hard and solid surface, gets easily eroded away.
Added 2013:
By 2013 above mentioned layer must have eroded away waha was left was fine grey mortar-like (probably make up) layer hard and difficult to excavate, making a smooth angle with the corners of the bin (especially NW, NE and SE corner). Alongside the N wall of the bin (F2008) the layer was considerebly thick (about 15 cm) filling the slope of the infill layer visible in the middle of the bin bottom.
