Discussion: Adult Byzantine burial in E-W burial cut truncating Neolithic wall running NE-SW. Well defined cut; skeleton is supine with arms alongside and legs extended. Preservation is fair with damage from exposure.
Coffin nails and small fragments of obsidian found in burial fill.
This burial truncates possible Neolithic room just N of 3 Neolithic burials (sk. 11926, 11927, 11935) excavated the previous week.
Plan was drawn at wrong scale. The skeleton was scaled to fit the cut as viewed on the plan 05/126. 04/07/09 CAH

Body: Late adult burial, supine oriented EW.
Head: Extended in defined burial cut.
Right Arm: Proximal humerus only; extended alongside of body.
Left Arm: Extended along side of body.
Right Leg: Extended to the E. in alignment
Left Leg: Extended to the E. in alignment
Other comments: No grave goods round; numerous coffin nails sampled; small fragments of obsidian samples.
Surface Modifications: Poor preservation.
