Discussion: This is western part of larger destroyed oven associated with floor dated back to phase I according to Mellaart scheme. It had probably a domed superstructure as indicated by presence of constructional material, The oven is sitting directly on this floor, Remaining fragments of the oven consist of two lwvels: upper part - destroyed constructional elements, and lower part - loose ashy layer, probably inside the oven. The oven is largely destroyed from the east by large cut of Byzantine burial.
