Discussion: Burnt mixed fill between upper (red clay) and lower (as exposed in S part of room) floors. Lower floor slopes down dramatically from N to S in space 70. Unit stopped when extensive lens of charred seeds appeared, to allow tighter sampling.

Consistency: moderately weak

Texture: sandy loam

Inclusions: burnt brick 10%, <4cm - 60%, <5cm; white plaster 2-3%, <3cm; charred plant remains 10%, <2cm
