Discussion: Fill of shallow cut or depression in floor 12982 of building 60, sealed below a series of floors 12969 - SE room of space 278. The fill was loose and humic almost like garden soil, containing animal bone fragments. Originally thought to be an infant burial (no human bone)

Execution: Trowel excavated, initially believed to be an infant burial 

Condition: dry windy 

Consistency: Loose friable 

Colour: Mid to dark brown 

Texture: silty loam 

Bedding: massive 

Inclusions: occasional animal bone fragments, occasional charcoal and plaster flecks
