Data Category Information: Description: pit

Recognition: remainder of clean midden fill and washed-in fill/slumping layers (13131), (13136)

Definition: see Recognition

Execution: mattock

Condition: cool

Shape: irregular

Sides: uncertain on E. side, vertical on S. side where surviving, truncated by [13128] on SW side, stepped on NW side

Base Break: fairly sharp

Base: two deeper parts to the cut in the NW and SE area of the pit. Originally this pit probably started as two discrete pits and then these were joined together to form a single pit. Recorded as one pit since this is the surviving archaeological remnant.
