Discussion: This is an arbitrary layer situated in S part of the trench, W of u. 13534. It was defined due to distinct bedding consisting of layers of light grey and dark grey soil and presence of burnt soil (u. 13543) underneath. From W the unit was demarcated by the wall (u. 13557 bricks, u. 13558 mortar). Because this layer was excavated as arbitrary no flotation sample was taken.
