Interpretive Categories: infill of a posthole
Data Category Information: Location: cut; Description: posthole; Deposition: homogeneous; Basal Spit: basal deposit
Dimensions: 0.20 x 0.22 x 0.09 m
Discussion: This is a posthole infill in Northern part of the trench next to the Eastern face of the wall [11538]. The fill was quite homogeneous except for light grey globule in its N part. Localisation of the posthole may imply it belonged to some kind of post-roofed construction. The shelter may have been located with activities in the adjacent midden area [13528]. This is indicated by a large concentration of phytolits in the layer.
