Unit 13571
Category: Layer dug in 2007
Area: TP
Interpretive Categories: infill
Data Category Information: Location: between walls; Deposition: heterogeneous
Dimensions: 0.23 x 1.54 x 1.22 m
Discussion: This is an infill layer located between walls recorded as units 13059, 13088, 13089 and 13093. During exploration two sub-layers were identified: bricky upper layer (with the highest density of construction elements like mudbricks and plaster in its E part) and relatively homogeneous dark brown layer underneath. The inclusions were quite numerous. Also 4 worked stones were found (x2-x5) and a huge horn core (x1) in E part of the unit was excavated. The surface of the basal boundary was sloping E. Lowest points were measured as follows: W - 1016.46; E - 1016.35
