Unit description: Medium size midden unit made up of D.S and 2 bags of flotation (92) >4mm. Unit made up of large cattle size fragment and sheep size fragments (pelvis and shaft and rib fragments). The surface condition is variable with some indications of weathering, though mostly normal condition. Recordable species include cattle, horse and dog. There were minimal amounts of gnawing and burning present. Flotation included a fish bone, micofauna, two pieces of worked bone and a fragment of a bone ring. There were some recognizable sheep fragments and one recordable pig phalanx, but the majority of the flotation was scrap material.
