Discussion: Truncated bid, or baffle within room/space 314 and North of Building 65. If originally a bin, then it has been cut away at the West to allow access into the Southern part of the building, but the Eastern part has been retained to possibly act as a sreen between the 'dirty' and clean areas of the building.
