Discussion: This is a fragment of floor recorded as unit 15881. It was placed directly underneath the make up layer(15880) of younger floor (15807).
It was very thin, but solid layer of greyish white silt. It was easily distinguished from the layer which was placed above but hardly distinguished from the layer which was beneath. The charcoal sample could also originate from the upper make up layer of this floor recorded as 17604. In the eastern part is probably truncated by yet unspecified cut.
