Discussion: Most probably same as 14279, dug in 2007. The fill of this room is full of ceramic and animal bones. The finds cluster at the walls. The biggest cluster is given its own unit number (17208). At the north wall there seems to be a cluster of articulated cattle bones. The mudbrick fragments were found in the upper part of the layer. The basal boundary depends on the lowest part of the unit (17208). 

Recognition: Excavation of room fill began last year, we are continuing excavating to a lower level

Condition: warm and breezy, generally pleasant conditions 

Consistency: very compact 

Colour: pale yellow/grey 

Texture: silt. Large conglomerations 

Bedding: massive 

Inclusions: pottery, animal bones, obsidian, mudbrick fragments, fragments of red plaster 

Post-depositional Features: Root disturbance, massive disturbance by moleholes
