Discussion: Taking out the traces of plaster which we assumed were parts of the floor.. Inspecting the pieces of plaster I observe the following: in the section, the layers of plaster are often on a strip of greyish clay, ca 1 cm thick, which forms the substratum. Two or three of these grey layers are normally present. The layers of plaster themselves are rather thick (1-5 mm) and show limited laminations. Plaster and grey substratum dug together as layer # 10.
