diameter at base =0.26 x 0.13m
no base just a hollow, slightly funnelled shape, thickness =22mm 

Discussion: Holow clay collpase, probably part of bins as same clay as bins. Possibly a lid or a part of a bin attached to main bins but lying at wrong angle to collapse from front of bin, more likely to have toppled off top.
