Discussion: This cranium may have once been associated with the inta-cranial material found in fill 20492. It appears to have been pushed aside to make way to the burial of sk.19579, a tall male. This cranium was part of fill 20492.

Body:  

Head: This unit consists of a cranium only, which is one of two found on the southern edge of the middle pit of three found on the western side of space 77. The cranium is complete with its facial skeleton (no longer articulated) to the south. Its orientation from anterior to posterior (vertex uppermost) is from north to south. The cranium lies next to, but above, the right upper limb (humerus in this case) of sk.19579. This cranium was found to the west of sk. 20401 (another cranium). This is sn adult cranium.
