Discussion: The layer was characterized by distinct elements (patched with plaster and bricks) and for this reason it was easy to recognize. Once investigated the layer was identify as an homogeneous fill of a post retrieval pit. Unfortunately it was not possible to expose the entire limits of the layer, since it was covered by the limits of the trunck.

Consistency: Mid compact 

Colour: Reddish brown 

Texture: sandy clay loam 

Bedding: massive 

Inclusions: 40 % plaster, 2 % charcoal, 20 % bricks
