Unit 20232
Category: Layer dug in 2012
Area: TPC
Interpretive Categories: midden
Data Category Information: none
Dimensions: EW 2.03 x NS 1.54 m x 0,17 m
Discussion: This is the next consecutive layer of midden placed underneath remains of building 115 and within the walls of building 110. The deposit contained numerous animal bones and organic material. It was rather heterogeneous, with a distinct striation. This implies a rather slow deposition. The midden is deposited on a very distinct layer of bricks. A distict layer of phytoliths were found directly on those bricks in the eastern section of the midden.
