Discussion: This layer is interpreted as an oven blocking fill. The heterogenous clayish layer filled the uppermost part of the oven, F7108, (above the oven floors) and it was mixed with pieces of oven wall/clay superstructure (about 40 pieces, the largest 10 x 18 cm, most of them about 3 x 4 cm), about 3 pieces of plaster (the largest 10 x 15 cm), one piece of burned mudbrick and charcoal. Some parts of the fill was more homogenous expecially along the oven walls where light brown areas of compact, clayish material was put. At the very back of the oven, directly on top of the last oven floor a large chunk of floor plasters with make-up layers was put.
