The unit is an arbitrary unit created to be able to give finds from topsoil, cleaning surface and cleaning trench walls a unit number. The underlaying surface was easy to recognize and is therefore entered as prominent.

Workmen handpicked the finds and the soil volume was not recorded. The pottery were mainly post neolithic. The unit covers an area of 2x5 meters in the southern part of the trench. The trench was later extended, see u.30105.

Colour: dark brown 

Texture: silty sand 

Bedding: massive 

Inclusions: natural stone, pebble 

Post-depositional Features: animal and root disturbance 

Basal Boundary: prominent
