Area: TPC

Interpretive Categories: Mixed layer under topsoil,Part of topsoil

Data Category Information: Deposition: buried soil

Description: In the E part some changes in texture from sandy to silty

Discussion: This layer was identified as a separate unit due to its consistency and colour. The basal boundary was determined by the apperance of two walls and an arbitary level in between. The layer covered at least the two mentioned walls to be excavated. It seems to be quite heterogenous consisting of mixed material. The W profile of TPC 3 was used to determine the basal boundary between the unit and the underlaying walls.
