Discussion: this unit very patchy colour, represent a make-up packing layer below the plaster floor U21226 on the platform F7401. this layer is rich in brick and clay aggregates and plaster, ash, charcol. This layer is similar with the packing/make-up floor layer U21225 in the platform F7425 at the south of the building. That suggesting that the tow layers might be prepared at the same time during the construction of the platforms (F7401,F7425) and the extension of the bench F3439.overall structures in this area of activities, represent the first level of (phase II) in the building.
Consistency: firm/friable
Colour: mid grey brown, orangey at battom
Texture: slightly silty clay, mudbrick
Bedding: massive
Inclusions: burnt aggregats brick (large 30%) , plaster 20%, charcol (medium 50% ) and rock fragments
