Discussion: this unit represents the cut construction of the oven. A narrows walls of the oven have been built by pise-like mudbrick. The internal faces and floor is coated by white plaster U21252. They are tightened and becomme black by the effects of the fire during the fonction of the oven.
The forme of the construction is oval shep of the front, whil the western wall of the oven is attached to the wall of the building. The internal diameter of the construction is 0.87m-0.60m and the outside diameter is 1.04m-0.80m. The thicknesse of the walls approximately 0.08m.
