Data Category Information: In Situ: in situ; Location: floor (packing only); Material: pise-like; Deposition: heterogeneous
Discussion: Unit is a compound context of multiple make-up and weird plastger flooring events in the sunken floor area, just W. of platform f. 7401. The layers are below dirty floor u. 21790 and lap up onto the platform f.7401, the floors underneath the ovenbase to the S and E. edges of the SW platform in the firty area. The purpose of lumping these layers was to expose the next dirty floor layer and to unlock the surrounding features. The unit consists of about 4 layers, a very brown make-up, a slightly orangey makeup, another possible thin dry dirt floor, and sporadic degraded patches of a thin plaster floor. This layer further continues the interesting sequence of this patch of floors, which consists ofalternating plaster, dirty, and makeup floors.
