Discussion: Unit partially exposed in 2016 that belongs to the platform F8041, which was partially truncated in previous seasons. This unit is related with the packed ruble and clay that defines the platform surface. As we said, the platform was truncated in previous seasons, so during 2017 we remove the last remains placed under the oven F579, below which we were able to define traces of the platform plaster surface.
This unit is directly linked with the containing line of mud bricks U23206. We also want to notice that this platform extends under the northern wall of the building 17, which seems that was rebuild in one of the occupation phases of this building. 

Consistency: Compact 

Colour: Brown yellowish 

Texture: Mostly clay (80 % of the deposit) but also silt and sand 

Bedding: Massive 

Inclusions: Bricks and mortar (rubble); small natural stones 

Post-depositional Features: Not visible 

Basal Boundary: Constructional, levelled, sharg and distinct and smooth
