Unit 21908
Category: Layer dug in 2014
Area: South
Interpretive Categories: Dirty Floor
Data Category Information: Location: building; Description: general
Discussion: The unit is situated in the southeast corner of the building, on the east of the hearth (f. 3472). It is made of three different layers of dirty floors (one is dark grey, one is light grey and another is yellow). In the western part the unit was very thin (0,01 m) while towards the eastern part it became thicker (0,03). In the southern part, the unit was very friable and the layer below was easily recognizable because it was a very dark grey layer, probably burned. In the northern part instead the layer was more compact and the distinction with the layer below was more difficult to identify.
