Discussion: The cut of pit F3494 was almost vertical and ended on a flat floor located in the N platform of B.89. The reason of the cut remains unclear, as the pit was found empty. However, this cut was dug in a larger pit (F3495), possibly in order to retrieve something from the larger pit.
