Discussion: defined to the N by bin wall U.30174, to the S by bin wall U.22006, to the W by partition wall F.3098, and to E by the edge of platform F.3617. The southern end of the unit is composed of truncated floors while the northern end is made up of compact clay. The floors were extremely thin and in some cases had a light gray make-up. This must be part of the earliest sequence of habitation within B77. The southern end of the deposits were slightly overlying bin wall U.22006.
Consistency: moderately firm
Colour: grayish brown
Texture: silty clay loam
Bedding: compound layered, massive torwards its northern end and fine layered towards its south end.
Inclusions: salt specs, very fine spees of charcoal <2%, few plaster pieces
Post-depositional Features: animal and insect activity
Basal Boundary: sharp to diffuse
