Discussion: Mortar is varied in colour between mid and light grey. Some irregular layers and some very regular layers between bricks making it easy to excavate.

Inclusions: small 5% charcoal; small 2% clay aggregates; small 2% natural stone 

Post-depositional Features: intense burning on east side, animal burrows, disturbance by roots
