Discussion: This is a small part of a room fill located just next to the partition walll F.1853. It has been easily distinguished after careful cleaning of the wall. It seems that it had not been touched since Mellaart excavations. Most probably he thought this was a part of the wall F.1853 and he didn't excavate it together with rest of the room fil.
It's basal boundary has been easily distinguished due to wall plaster and make up layer which covered the whole Northern part of Space 236.

Colour: dark grey, mid yellow 

Texture: silty clay, clayish 

Bedding: massive 

Inclusions: plaster (5%)
