Unit 31576
Category: Layer dug in 2016
Area: North
Interpretive Categories: part of collapsed ceiling
Data Category Information: Location: building; Deposition: homogeneous
Discussion: After taking of U.21670 activity surface in North western part of the building, U.31576 is defined underneath as a part of collapsed ceiling plaster or fallen wall plaster on top of the floor. This unit is mostly on top the floor on the west side however, big chunks of the same plasters are realized on top of the pit cut U.31580 and these plasters are taken also with the same unit number (U.31576). After excavating this unit, it is understood that the unit was not fallen wall plaster since it was not layered. It was massive pure plaster which might be fallen from the ceiling of B.132. Apart from one piece of shell, there was no find from the unit.
