Description: One of two constructional layers of bench f.8292 sitting underneath as well as overlaid the central part of bucranium.
Discussion: This unit was recognized as a constructional layer of bench F.8291 consisting very fragile bucranium x1. The unit was excavated at the top in order to uncover the bucranium and get to know its dimensions. After that and consolidation process the unit was lifted as a block and taken to the conservation lab. This unit consisted merely a thick layer of plaster put under and over the bucranium.
