Discussion: Layer exposed after remove the big oven F7816, the hearth F7817 and the dirty floor U32421. Was in the NW part of the fire installation area, very closed to the hearth F7837 and extended in two small pieces or parts. The biggest one and more south was 0.50 m length and 0.16 width, and the other sited a bit north, was smaller 0.17 length and 0.09 width, both at the west side of the feature. The composition of that layer was very mixed, with remains of plaster, orange make up, clay and charcoal, very difficult to follow and also to associate with anything because was quite isolated in the middle of the area. Anyway, for the position, characteristics, elevations and also because was partially covering the foundation deposit (U32450) of the hearth, we think that can be related with the dirty floor U32440 the units have been equalized.
