Interpretive Categories: Make up for fire instalations
Data Category Information: In Situ: in situ; Location: feature; Description: oven; Deposition: heterogeneous
Discussion: Very compact layer defined in the NE corner of the building after remove the last remains of the two fire installations F8160 and F8170. We think that is kind of make-up placed here to build on the fire installations. This layer was directly above the foundational deposit U32653.
In the composition of this layer there was smashed mud bricks, remains of plaster, no finds observed. Further excavations in the building allow us to see that this unit is the same as the units 32667 and 23204, a make-up layer placed on the midden to leveled and build the B-161 above.
