(2)Rounded

(4)Vertical
(5)Stepped
(6)Rectangular plan, concave
(7)Multiple floor levels to midden (burnt layers within floor levels)
Discussion: Pit cut through Space 86 N-Eastern platforms (upon their adjoining edge). Cut is apparent on the Eastern wall face. Multiple floor layers are seen on sides of cut going down 33cm. on S; 27cm. on W; 30cm. on N (including a burnt area roughly 1/2 way down 10 cm thickness); 20 cm. on E at the apex of cut as seen on E wall face. Below the floor levels the cut extends into typical midden material. At a depth of 55cm the pit narrows considerably to a smaller more rectangular shape as it extends down another 30cm.
Recognition: Seen on E wall surface/floor surface of F173 and F170 (platforms)
Definition: E wall, N/W/S edges of fill and floor plaster interface
