Dimensions: 0.55 m N-S x 0.75 m E-W x 0.04 m thick 

Discussion: This layer appeared very similar to (3602), the material backfilling the storage bin, pre-excavation thought it possible that might be filling the truncated base of another bin. But on excavation quickly apparent that a layer overlying apparent infill, so current interpretation is that unit is make up to a floor. Similar to (3710)/(3717). 

Recognition: Visble from start of season, very similar in appearance to (3602). 

Definition: Clear, defined to N + E by walls. 

Execution: Trowel, handpick. 

Condition: Dry to slightly moist. 

Consistency: friable 

Colour: 10 YR 4/4 dark yellowish brown (dry) 

Texture: clayey silt 

Bedding: massive 

Inclusions: large frags, c.10% pale cream silty plaster material (2.5 Y 7/3 pale yellow, dry) and occasional large frags. dark brown (2% silt) 10 YR 4/3 brown (dry), 2% charcoal flecks 

Post-depositional Features: 2% salt flecks 

Basal Boundary: abrupt/prominent/smooth/flat, inclined to W
