Description: Clearly defined brick layer under mortar layer. Mortar divisions also clearly visible. For brick see unit 3724; for mortar see unit 3725. 

 

Discussion: Continued bricks and mortar of wall 270. Individually recorded as 3725 and 3724.

The very top of the wall for heights and top erosion see Mell 95 plans; see 97-375 for heights on a couple of courses down. Plan 98-527 represents first course that clearly showed bricks and mortar.
