Dimensions: 0.92m n-s, 0.65m w-e, 15 to 25mm thick 

Discussion: Small area of banded material - brown sandy silt with thin patchy white layers. Appears to be a series of badly eroded plaster floors with bedding layers in-between . Probably 5-6 floors which appear to lap up and join wall plaster. 

Recognition: cleaner / lighter than ashy spreads 

Definition: wall / truncation 

Execution: trowel 

Condition: moist 

Consistency: firm 

Colour: light brown, white lenses 

Texture: fine silty sand 

Bedding: layered 

Inclusions: occasional plant impressions 

Post-depositional Features: truncated in 1960's, eroded by foot action
