Unit description: Bird bone only pulled from Sample 2 >4mm flotation, 100%. Rest of sample not recorded, but it is small and contains rather fresh-looking bits of sheep-size bone. The unit sheet indicates this is oven construction material, which seems reasonable in terms of volume, but the surface condition does not look like redeposited bone. It suggests bits that hadn't been lying around very long were incorporated into the otherwise sterile building material.
